Mr. Lines represents planned communities, condominiums, office condos and property management companies throughout Arizona. His practice focuses on insurance defense, commercial litigation, real property disputes, lien foreclosure, collections and property servitudes.
Mr. Lines has been invited to speak to various audiences, presenting community association law seminars both in Arizona and nationally. He has instructed courses and is a contributing author of course work materials utilized in professional certification for real estate professionals across Arizona.
In 2010, Mr. Lines was admitted as a member of the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers of the national Community Associations Institute. Admittance to the College is limited to a select number of attorneys recognized for excellence in the practice among thousands of community association lawyers nationwide.
